CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
A final agreement between you as a customer and Lionné Copenhagen is considered concluded when your order has been received and confirmed by Lionné Copenhagen.
Lionné Copenhagen will then send an order confirmation as soon as possible per e-mail containing information about e.g. order number, name and address as well as an overview of the goods ordered.
PRICES
All prices on www.lionne.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and incl. 25% VAT. The prices are also only valid for purchases in Lionné Copenhagen's webshop. The applicable price is the one indicated on the webshop for the item in question on the day of the order, and which will also appear on the order confirmation. However, Lionné Copenhagen reserves the right to printing error.
When we advertise with offers on www.lionne.dk, the offers only apply while stocks last. All prices and offers on the webshop are without obligation.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made with approved payment cards:

Fees are reserved for payment with certain means of payment.
The amount is only deducted when the ordered item has been dispatched, after which the debited amount will appear in the account for the selected payment method. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.
Lionné Copenhagen's payment solution is based on the SSL standard. This means that the information provided in connection with the payment transaction is protected using encryption during the transfer from the customer's computer and on to Lionné Copenhagen.

You can get your money back for your purchase within 14 days. Make sure to return the item to following address:

Customer stands for return shipping cost. In order to return the item, it has to be in the same condition as when you received it - we don't accept used items. When the item has been returned and approved by Lionné Copenhagen, you will be refunded the purchase price for the canceled purchase.
If the item must be exchanged for a different size, this can be done within 31 days from the time of purchase.
In connection with the conclusion of the agreement, Lionné Copenhagen has reserved the right to charge a possible depreciation of the goods. This means that, in connection with refunding the purchase price, Lionné Copenhagen can deduct an amount to cover a possible impairment.
If the item must be exchanged for a different size, this can be done within 31 days from the time of purchase.
